I just pick up the toilet paper and wrap her with it as a punishment. But i don't think she ever learn :x

Pretty sure she just enjoys that 'punishment'. I'd just buy a cat resistant TP holder

You mean like with the end against the wall where it's harder to grab? Some are just wrong about toilet paper like my parents and step mom are🤷
