Arsenal F.C. v.s Aston Villa
The two reds against Brighton and City were the extent of normal bad luck for title winners, and they were completely undeserved. Everything else has been us getting the absolute shit end of the variance stick and that includes today. We didn't blow them out of the water but we had more tilt and xG - 2024 Arsenal absolutely win this 3-1.
We're now relying on Liverpool to trip up, but that's not impossible. Apparently Alisson has looked bad since coming back from injury and that may work in our favor.
kamara apparently kicked the ball away to delay the restart while on a yellow card by the way. just saying.
We've known for months that that only applies to us.
I wasn't able to properly catch the full game since I was in the middle of other stuff.
So disheartening to draw this game...
I just want one tiny bit of luck this season. too much to ask?
We did get that corner decision against the shit.
But yeah, more luck than just that works be nice.
Also, Mikel needs to stop playing Partey at right back. He's inconsistent enough at defensive mid. At fullback he doesn't have the pace to recover from the mistakes he makes.
