To save you a click, the video saying that grossly inflating floor size is a n accepted norm in New York real estate - particularly when selling shopfront space.
It’s an interesting video, I’m not sure that a ‘everyone else does it ‘ defence would work but and Trump was allegedly lying to banks, rather than putting inflated figures on a property ad.
