A majority of voters wanted this and the majority of Americans who don't vote are OK with what the majority of voters decide.

A majority of Americans decided they wanted fascism - or at least they were okay with a fascist agenda as long as it lowered the price of groceries.
They're getting everything they wanted and more - apart from cheaper groceries that is. Why would they protest?

What's protesting actually going to do here? Working within the system hasn't been successful so far, why would that suddenly change now?
