  Oh just to be clear I'm not affiliated, just a fellow donor and enthusiast! Those are the devs official support links though.

For those that don’t know, with iOS TestFlight betas, purchases don’t actually charge you so devs can test their purchase workflows…
…but I wanna get charged 😭

  Dude it even says it when you try, I’m such an idiot. I thought I had tossed some money over.
  I’ve been on the TestFlight since forever. Can we download the app store version and run both?
  
  You can’t run both, but you can install either one over the other and back again.
  
  I don’t think you can run both. Someone else responded with the links to donate directly though.
