Adams just seems to have confirmed he's a Republican now in this buried lede:
The newspaper said he discussed the options as recently as Monday. When asked for a comment by the Times, he said he was running as a Republican.
When you are found out to be corrupt or a scum bag running as a R is the best career move. It turns from a liability to a bonus
I mean I'd say it's good for hope of getting rid of the asshole. Democrats are terrible at getting rid of incumbants even when they are awful.
Was going to say I expected NYC to be pretty left wing as well so, Adams should be a quick easy one to get rid of... but then remembered Juliani was stupidly well loved for such a long time.
