It's more like $8B and the article mentions that. You don't have to copy the headline.

  Of course. And let me guess, SpaceX will keep receiving contracts despite delivering little more than two fireballs and ocean wrecks for their $3B Starship order that included a Moon test of a human landing system.
  I don't support renaming Gulf of Mexico but "Gulf of Starship" is frankly an alluring prospect, as it indeed hosts the wreck.
