Apple's Software Quality Crisis: When Premium Hardware Meets Subpar Software.

I understand this guy’s frustration, but he uses encountering a single and specific issue to say all the software is subpar. Is that an incredibly annoying bug that Apple should prioritize fixing and have better transparency about the status? Yes. Is all the Apple software falling apart because the notes app has an issue? Feels like a stretch.
In my experience, macOS and apps are more stable and consistent now than ever before in Apple history. My m3 MacBook Pro often has months of uptime in between reboots- my windows 11 dell struggles to make it a day despite being a glorified email appliance. For decades it was the norm to tolerate random system freezes, macOS bomb error messages, kernel panics, infinite beach balls, etc… those things are virtually gone these days but we’re at one time a daily occurrence.
