I don't think that Reform UK has a real chance here. Yes, they are idiots, but they are a split off of the Tories, weakening both. The Tories hold a good grip on people who are not exactly the most mentally flexible to put it mildly and would vote for a brick if it was a Tory candidate.

While fascists are often overconfident, they're also self-poised themselves with "we either win everything or lose everything" mantra, that helped the republicans, Fidesz, PiS, etc. win.

They could well eclipse the Tories in the next election, especially if Tufton St. switch their allegiance. A Reform LLC government is not less likely than a second Trump administration in the US.
