The DM is railroading this entire campaign, first the ridiculous delta quadrant thing, and now this.

Neelix is a valuable memer of our crew
- At first he was kinda dumb and ignorant and kinda little annoying and I actually enjoyed him becoming a better person and learning to help others in the ship besides his cooking skills.
  
  He really does have the best character arc outside of the Fleet regulars. Gets over the jealously crap with Kes and Paris, deals with her leaving, removes a few atoms off the chip on Tuvok's shoulder, and regains Janeway's respect after some bonehead decisions.
- He did save them from starvation.
  
  one thing I never understood.
  if the replicator can take stuff and turn it into energy (see that rant after... year of hell? with the stopwatch.) why the fuck did they never just find an empty system somewhere with some rocks floating around and scoop them up for the replicators to "recylcle"?

I will not stand for this Neelix slander (sits down).

I love neelix lmao my adhd demands that I annoy people I like, like a real life colin robinson, and I respect neelix's game in that regard

Would I have accepted his weight in dilithium? Yes. Could I have filled the empty void in my heart? Never.

There were definitely some episodes of Voyager where I couldn't stand Neelix, but I know if I had been on Voyager, I would have loved him. His role as "morale officer" might be a bit similar to Naomi being Captain's assistant, but I think he actually does a very good job

The episode where Neelix dies and gets ressurrected by Borg technology is up there as one of the best Voyager episodes. I'm just annoyed that Neelix's new relationship with religion and death never comes up again in later episodes.
