    Cop: I feared for my life, I smelled the crazy drug and everything went black, the sun was in my eyes, et cetera

    Interviewer: did you just literally say "et cetera" like you're reading from a script?

    Cop: I don't recall.

    Wait no, driver's white. Carry on.

      Uhh, I'm having a little bit of a hard time interpreting what that last line is getting at. Is that like the interviewer and social commentary or your genuine opinion

      • Social commentary.

        People of color get stopped and arrested all the time because the cop "smelled weed" despite no odor being present. They would absolutely not be allowed to leave if the cop actually smells weed. They'd just make something else up if it was a legal state.

        It's been a few hours, and I gotta say... My comment made a lot more sense when I was a little baked.
