Do you genuinely think resisting a fascist genocidal regime involves just asking them nicely to stop? Because they tried that and it just made them slaughter even faster. Is it cool that such a thing has to happen, fuck no but you won't catch me for a millisecond calling Hamas anything other than what they are: people who are genuinely fighting for the liberation of their people and with that, they're completely justified in everything they do in order to accomplish that goal no matter how ugly it looks to our sensibilities. What they're doing is a FRACTION of the violence that has been done to them during their attempts to make peace.
The fact that this scares you instead of exciting you is proof of which side you think you're on, and it's not a nice picture.
The best way to take down the current regime is for both to work together and prove wrong the governments, otherwise we will be expecting another genocide that will be added to the already too long list of the region in the two centuries alone.
