Today marks one month after the beginning of the Sarachane protests which arised from the arrest of Ekrem Imamoglu, the mayor of Istanbul. Trial of 99 people has been postponed to October 3rd, and they are still waiting in prison because they have participated in the protests beginning on the 19th of March. Allegedly, they are treated badly in prison.
