When democracy fails, the area of residence replicates prisoner and guard systems.
Citizens with low status carry the highest risks.
The privileged few carry low or no risks, saddling the burden onto those at the bottom of the pyramid.-
It’s a good thing that bourgeois oligarchic “democracy” has been replaced by proletarian democratic centralism then.
