Don't "girl's swimsuits" and "boy's swimsuits" promote gender? Aren't those genders and isn't that promoting them as someone you buy a swimsuit for?

All swimsuits, by design, are there to cover private parts. That's the whole purpose.

So this absurd quote about "promoting gender" is the best light that they can put on this "warning", which really says something

Unless they're marketing to children or marketing sexual things that shouldn't be shown to children then they really have no legitimate case.
