Google and Adobe appear to be abusing copyright to silence a whistleblower's video

On one side, fuck google, on the other, the video is "whistleblowing" DEI practices. Not sure what there is to "whistlenlow" about. I thought quotas were mandated for a long time through affirmative action. How is that news?
