I'm starting to think nicotine might be less harmful for you than the current diet of social media most people are consuming

nicotine by itself isn't the killer. it's the method of delivery that makes you sick. yea nicotine is horribly addictive, but caffeine is too. though not nearly as much.
i went from smoking to vaping to nicotine pouches--basically nicotine and plant cellulose, and it's hard to even put into words how much every aspect of my life has improved

If only somebody would design an open and federated protocol to replace giant social media platforms in a way that destroys the ability of billionaire monopolists or anyone else to use the network effect to lock people into their psychomanipulation machines.
Nah, we'll just make them tweak the dials towards less disinformation and more safe-for-advertisers messaging.
