The Department of Homeland Security announced that individuals who use the CBP Home app to self-deport can receive a $1,000 stipend. The agency said the money will be paid after the person returns to their home country and is confirmed through the app.

  • Hey immigrants, you might want to be hesitant about this, the word "can" is not legally binding. It should be "shall." Also, you're already there, I doubt you'll get paid.

  • Yeah something tells me that 1k is as genuine as the million dollar checks that Elon "raffled" off to his supporters in Wisconsin...
