What's the higest quality version of something like this without having to support Nestle?

First thought was why are you using 'high quality' in regards to something that is basically the cheapest chocolate possible (if it actually is chocolate) whipped with freeze-dried milk solids and sugar?

Best fit I can think of, while not actually Canadian but at least not 'murican, is this.
