No, and I say that as someone who doesn't see a Civil War as an impossibility. The situation just isn't particularly comparable to Israel-Palestine
No, the US will not send the US money for it's people.
Well, it’s happened once. It could happen again, although I suspect if we do have another civil war, there may not be many pieces left to pick up afterwards.
