Really? We have it everywhere in my country. I guess it isn't as popular as outside of asia? Since it's practically synonymous with "noodles" here :DD

I have to go to the special asian supermarkets that do their own importing to find it. The asian section at a generic grocer is just a bunch of Mama and Nissin. If you're lucky there's some Ajinomoto.
