- While it sucks and in no way defending these actions many sites including twitch, youtube, etc typically rely on advertisers. So deprioritizing sex and violence is typically the caused due to advertisers dictating what material they want associated with their brands. Coke probably doesn't want to be associated with a person getting double teamed if they are aiming for a "family brand". eXtwitter is probably trying to appease advertisers since they screwed the pooch ever since Elon took control and they lost a ton of negotiation power. If websites thought they can make $$$ being sex worker friendly they would do it but typically the ads for adult sites have terrible payouts. This is the dangers of a "free" internet.

Porn and adult content was one of the hold outs on Xitter. If they're going after that now, usage and users are going to tank again. If they keep this up, eventually the only thing that will be left on Xitter will be right wing assholes, white nationalist, and fascists.
