torrents-csv.ml down?
I would guess this is due to the Mali government taking control of the .ml TLD, but whatever it is means I cannot get the CSV file for a search.
Is there a mirror somewhere that I can use? This was my main way of searching torrents.

Nope, TLS fails.
Of course it's gonna fail since the cert is for the hostname and not the IP address.
It's the IP address that was initially in the
torrents-csv.mlDNS record.
What is this service?
It's a hosted community generated CSV index of torrents and their titles that you can fuzzy search and host locally, no torrent site needed.
Just .ml domain issues I suspect. In the meantime their git is still up so the data is still there if you need to download/parse through it.

Or like the other commenter mentioned you can get to the site without the domain as long as the site does not change IP address.
