Yeah she started really early with the surgeries which I think is contributing to this feeling, but this picture is from the shoot "Aletta's Poolside Date" which is dated 2010 on IAFD.
The crunch is an abdominal exercise that works the rectus abdominis muscle. It enables both building "six-pack" abs and tightening the belly.
