That second link just includes tracking data to tie people clicking on it to your profile, btw. You can safely omit the "?si=xxxxx" portion from the URL. That's true for a lot of URLS too.
Spotify has been giving people trouble with links breaking, I wasn't sure if this could be a workaround or not. Clearing your cache doesn't always fix it either.
