They took my subreddit away and installed some sock puppet who restored everything that I wrote, which I deleted. Do I have any recourse, or do they just get to use my writing?
If your subreddit had custom art then you could try to get that removed , but if the rules were based off the standard rules template for reedit then there is not much you can do there.
Perhaps you could assert a copyright claim to the extent that you own your own modified version of the text of the rules - at least the sockpuppet would have to change the wording.
