I have hope that we will have the same access in the US soon, it will just differ widely by state. Both MDMA and psilocybin were granted "breakthrough therapy" status, which means faster regulatory approval times for treatments that show better performance than available medications for life-threatening conditions. Ketamine therapy is available in every state, and CO will have legal psilocybin therapy starting in 2025, after which they will be looking at legalizing DMT, ibogaine, and non-peyote mescaline.
