Has anyone bought a Samsung 990 pro after it's firmware got fixed?

Was thinking the Samsung 990 pro for my ps5, but heard it had some firmware issues which got fixed in February. Since I don't have a pc to update the firmware. Does it come with newer firmware out of the box?
