Why Ben Sulayem pushes on with new team process despite F1 criticisms

I really hope that they get at least one of the new teams on the grid. Despite the protests from the current teams, I think it will help grow the sport, provide more seats for drivers, and more jobs in motorsport, and it will just be super interesting to watch
- I agree. More teams will lead to more competition and more racing--the entire reason anybody watches the sport.
  
  Or it leads to more back markers and blue flags, watered down revenue for the smaller teams and therefore less competitiveness from them resulting in even less competition. F1 is booming right now but it won't forever. Instead of new teams f2 should be made into a real world championship imo. That would create much more competition than some billionaire wasting money in f1
This is interesting too - potential legal action if one of the successful bids to the FIA is denied
