Multipar Archive and Create Recovery Files error

right click on the folder and select Multipar - Archive and Create Recovery Files.. 7zip GUI comes up.. I select the options I want i.e, split size.. and away it runs 7 zip exits.. multipar errors cannot find 7-zip archive .. the 7zip files are located in the source folder that the folder that contains the source files exist.
