What are these connectors called?

And is there a way to push this metal tab back in? It doesn't want to go.

First picture is a spring loaded speaker wire connector.
- Amazing thank you! Couldn't find the right words to Google.
- The second picture is the back of the same connector. The metal tab has come out of the black connector and I'm trying to see if I can fix it or need to replace
  
  If you have a soldering iron just replace it with some screw terminal banana sockets. They're sturdy, can take almost anything and cheap.
Apparently it is called speaker terminal connector/socket
