Ryu Nakayama (Director of CSM S1) announces that he is involved the creation of a new anime studio (possibly confirming he won’t be a part of future MAPPA projects)

That's great news. Hope they all take it to heart and put hard lines on how a studio operates to prevent it from becoming another MAPPA.

Unfortunately things won't really change until the business model changes. Production companies syphon the money to the top, leaving animators and anime companies with little resources to have a good environment.
