Tried placing down my 6 pixels, immediately removed by a multi-user

I've had zero trouble with people griefing anything I've put down. were you trying to start making something in the middle of someone else's project?

the rules also explicitly say alts are generally ok as long as it's good natured. if you think someone is using multiple accounts to mess with what you want to make for no reason but to be rude, you should report them. shift click or longpress their pixels and you should see a report button
