[Feature request] Left-handed mode
I have pain in my right arm and frequently have to use my left hand to browse. I would love to have a left-handed mode for ease of use, doing a lot of reaching with my thumb rigt now.

I would like to second that. It's genuinely painful for me as well.
Thirded. An option in the appearance settings to move Post actions to either left or right would be great. Ditto post thumbnails.
