I glitched a few from Yellow on the virtual console on the 3DS. They match the OT and trainer ID mew given away in the 90s. These have been laundered through the poke transporter which is an official 3DS app that verifies the Pokemon from the virtual console are legit before moving them to Bank. The only catch is that we'd have to match up the timing of the trade and you have to use pokemon bank.
