YSK: Communities/posts/comments on Feddit UK won't be visible to users on other instances until a user on that instance has interacted with the Feddit UK community
In addition, if a user subscribes to a Feddit UK community the comments from before they subbed won't appear unless they're loaded directly by a user on that instance
