The Sims 4

Why can I see thesims@lemmy.world while anonymous on Jerboa, but can't find the community while signed in on lemmygrad or lemm.ee? Are there any other communities about the Sims (4), Rimworld or Stardew Valley I can access from Lemmygrad or should I make them myself (I don't think I'm actually mod material though)?
