A CT scanner is a giant rotating electromagnet. An MRI is a giant quantum electromagnetic tube. It’s so, so much worse. It is literally unpredictable as to what might happen with metal inside of it. She’s lucky she wasn’t literally torn to shreds.A CT scanner is a rotating X-ray device. No rotating magnets here!
