Three quarters of beggars in Brussels are now Roma

Researchers at Leuven University say the majority of beggars in Brussels are Roma from Romania. A decade and a half ago, they made up about half of all beggars in Brussels. Today this number has soared to two-thirds. Today Roma, who are beggars, are
