IMO if Californian (govt) weren't such pussies about guns, someone could've just plugged it with some .308 win mag and been done with this ages ago. Now they are moving it somewhere else and I predict it will eventually escape the "sanctuary" and continue its bad habits again with people in Colorado. At least, CO has better gun laws last I checked.
