I have a panic attack inducing fear of death but also an equal fear of living forever... I just hope I can reconcile this problem before the end otherwise I'll die while having a panic attack and be thinking like told you so, they can really kill you

Oblivion. I want to live a good life but no afterlife, reincarnation, whatever. Oblivion when it's done. But live first.
