Cam'ron has opened up about cheating his way through the driver's test by purchasing a driver's license for $600 without ever getting behind the wheel.
Does the statute of limitations still apply if he is currently breaking the law by driving without a license? Don't really have an opinion on this but curious about the technicality.
But he does have a license, a real one with his picture on it. It's just him claiming he cheated. It'll be up to the licensing body to prove he cheated now.
And no, statute of limitations does not apply to laws currently being broken.
