[September 01, 1923] Balloons, the newest film in the Out of the Inkwell series, is released.

In this short, Koko and his clown buddy pester the cartoonist (Max Fleischer) for some decent mode of transportation.

NOTE: This version of Youtube is actually a rerelease with a new title card added. Koko did not have a name until 1924-- before this, he was just called "the clown". Also note that this cartoon was originally silent, and the music has been added later.
