Can't disable pure dark mode in Android mode

The issue was already reported on GitHub and acknowledged.
It works for me in the Android app, I do get the greyish theme when I disable "Pure Black Dark Mode" in the settings.
And then it is me who has pure dark mode system wide in my Android phone 😅
it works for opera on android. maybe it's a browser thingy
- You mean you get the greyish themed dark mode, when you turn off pure dark mode? While you're in Android device mode?

  no, i thought you meant turning off the pure dark mode to get light mode. i think you're right, it doesn't work for me too
