[OC] Update to Color Manager: Instantly apply any palette to your wallpapers

An update to a previous post. Works on svgs, too.

Do you plan a flatpak packaging for the GUI in the future?
- I do plan some kind of packaging. Possibly flakpak
Does it work on gif's in any way or form?
- Multichromatic recoloring does work on gifs, but the result is not as good as with jpgs or pngs. I would convert gifs prior to recoloring, then convert back.
  
  In that case my rice is saved. Because i found a really cool gif for a background but my colorscheme doesn't match
