[HELP] Color palette is bugged, what can I do.

After making custom app icons on Theme Park and then reverting back to the default color palette with no customization to icons, app icons are no long being affected by it. Have restarted my phone and deleted the TP app but to no avail. So im calling for help to find a solution.
