That's from passenger auto registration, I wonder what the rate is for commercial vehicles there. That market seems to be developing much more slowly but my perspective is from far away from Norway.
From what I've noticed while on commutes is that most commersial stuff is electric. Busses, company vehicles and other transportation has switched to electric, but long haul trucks have not. I assume that's because of the energy density of diesel for stuff like transportation of heavy products.
Then you have a bit of snow and cold and the whole public transport system in Oslo breaks down. Not saying its bad to get go electric over ICE but you would expect Norway to be able to plan for snow..
