..."with limitations", and if you dig into the terms of use they linked it very clearly states they can revoke access to the content at any time without notice. They are legally covered here by the terms.
Nothing is impossible with enough lawyers. People don’t seem to understand that whatever is true today may not be true tomorrow when it comes to any legal agreement, the only barrier is whether or not the one seeking to change the agreement finds that the legal battle will result in a financially advantageous outcome.
Not throwing shade at Steam, but I’m definitely saying that it doesn’t matter what’s written if they think they can get away with not complying.
