Why is it so common for people here to not have a profile pic?

I mean, it seems pretty easy to do. That way we could diffrenciate between users much easier and help it feel more like a community.

I’m on kbin, and I haven’t been able to figure out how to set one, if it’s even possible at all.
- I'm on Memmy and I can't find the setting anywhere. It's driving me crazy.
