Yugioh Rule
  • Why is the chess assotioation such big abbies anyway? That's just pretty f*cking stupid. Yu-Gi-Oh on the other hand, despite being a card game partially meant for kids, are way more mature than a sport considereded "proffesional"

  • I don't think I understand what you're saying

  • So I wanted to make a new account on reddit, since I deleted my old one, yet I still lurked and sometimes I did want to post a comment. However I encountered some problems. Please help if you can.

every time I post either a comment or a post on r/196, it gets removed. I tried to do so on 19684 and while the comments show up, my posts aren't showing up when sorting by new.

  • That's... still bad

  • yeah no sorry sex at 12 is pretty fucked up.

  • I agree with what you said too, especially on the topic of conversation, but I don't know how the spectrum of good and bad applies in the context of that sentence. Teens shouldn't have sex before 18. I agree with what you said and how it should be approached, however having sex when you're younger than 18 isn't "not bad". It can influence a person in a very negative way and approaching it like they did just feels wrong.

I'm also concerned by the amount of like/dislike ratio both of their comments had. I checked the post and blue got more downvotes, where as the orange got more upvotes and the fact that so many people don't really see a problem with people below the age of consent having sex scares me.

  • I agree with that. However, I am more worried by how the orange person claims that it's a good thing that underaged people fuck, when they really shouldn't. There is still a difference between teaching them all of the things you mentioned while at the same time still telling them they should wait until they're 18 and saying that there is nothing wrong with underaged sex.

  • I blurred out the names of the people for the sake of their privacy. I saw this thread while scrolling through the subreddit. I'm not sure how to feel about the orange person's comment in particular. It just feels... wrong...

  • Why is it so common for people here to not have a profile pic?
  • Yeah! I think you can do it by going into settings for your profile.

  • yeah! you can change it in the account settings if you want to

  • I checked and the one I for example wanted to set as my new pfp is like 14,7KB or 16.0KB on disk, so I think they are.

  • No, on laptop. Why?

  • Why is it so common for people here to not have a profile pic?
  • Oh, ok. Yeah I completely get it.

Though I do just sometimes have those weird feelings, like with how so many people just look the same aside from the name, that I'm not really talking with other people. Yeah I know that's very silly and unusual but it's just kind of a weird feeling I have, like I'm speaking to a mass conglomerate or a bot instead of a normal, living person. I guess I just got so used to people having their own, detailed profile that someone not having it feel strange and unnatural, if that makes sense.

  • Why is it so common for people here to not have a profile pic?
  • Maybe you should try a different profile pic? Sometimes photos online can be wacky like that. It could also be in a bad format. I usually download photos and save them on my desktop. Usually this way it let's me set up profile pics.

Also, swag profile name. Terraria is the goat

I mean, it seems pretty easy to do. That way we could diffrenciate between users much easier and help it feel more like a community.

  • escalator rule
  • I'm sometimes too scared to ride an escalator. What if my shoelace gets caught up in a gap and I'll go into an accident?

  • ( Rule ) Bruh the subreddit opened like, yesterday and there is already some shit going on in the comments.
  • I mean, yeah while I agree with you on the fact that we shouldn't just not be allowed to post things for adults online because minors may view them, I have to say that I do also agree with the fact that maybe leaving horny comments on non NSFW posts may not be a good idea. I mean, NSFW tag exists specifically to inform people when something for adults is present. There are many people who like the subreddit but also want to know which posts have adult content and which ones don't. I mean, porn and written erotica have NSFW tags on them almost always and some of the horny comments that can be found on 196 aren't much different from erotica and fetishization.

  • minesweeper rule
  • I tried to play it on my google play games app that was pre installed on my phone but I never understood the rules. I did learn to play solitaire on there tho.

  • Thoughts on the wasp and pillar discourses?

You know, I kind of miss that part of r/196. Made it feel more like a community. Now it feels kind of... empty? Sounds weird, I know but the lack of a lot of old denizens does show.
